The prelude to this rare satin smooth blend of Appleton Estate’s finest aged rum, following its birth in copper pot stills, is a minimum of 21 year in small oak casks. Its floral scent develops into a unique mature nutty bouquet, with vanilla, orange peel and cocoa notes. From the hand of pioneering Jamacian master blender Joy Spence, the heavenly Appleton Estate 21 can be sipped on its own, over ice, or with a splash of water. The finish is long, sap-like, brown sugar-like and dry.
