Bruichladdich Octomore 9.1
700ml
Whiskies by
Bruichladdich
Built in 1881 by William,
John and Robert Harvey, Bruichladdich (pronounced brook-laddie) distillery sits opposite the western shore of Loch Indaal on Islay.
All of the spirit is matured and bottled on the island, under the watchful eye of master distiller Jim McEwan.
Bruichladdich uses only Scottish- produced barley and its Victorian-era equipment, including the only open- topped mash tun on Islay and the last remaining belt-driven mill in Scotland
Octomore 9.1 questions the fundamentals of superior single malt Scotch. Confident in its five year age statement. Distilled in 2012 from 100% Scottish barley, the 09.1 is matured full-term in top-tier ex-American whisky casks
