Tasting Note: This wine is made from grapes from organic vineyards in accordance with the rules of the European Union and the United States. The vines are planted on limestone soils without irrigation and with very poor yields, rainfall does not exceed 300 mm annual and it helps to obtain top quality grapes without adding any pesticides. It exhibits great aromatic complexity, richness, and length. This mouth-filling Monastrell over-delivers in a big way. Drink it over the next 4 years.

“The brambly ripe cherries are super fresh here with a sleek, modern feel that offers a gently smoky, wet dark-stone edge. The palate has a rich, sweet core of tangy raspberry and red-plum flavor. Succulent. Drink or hold.” – James Suckling
“Attractively fruited and beautifully fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, spiced cherry, violet, olive and toasted nut characters. The palate delivers succulent fruit intensity together with fine texture and savoury nuances, backed by polished tannins, finishing long and silky. The wine offers gorgeous fruit flavours and rounded mouthfeel, making it delightfully drinkable. At its best: now to 2023” – Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
“Moderately deep and quite gutsy red with plum, dark berry, baked earth, leather, anise and spice flavours. It has an ‘old vine’ density and a suggestion of dried fruit, Christmas cake character with a warming 15% alcohol. Great value at this price for lovers of this style.” – Bob Campbell MW
